[S]TEVE JACKSON: Peterborough United Chairman Darragh McAnthony has reiterated that Lee Tomlin is not for sale, after he handed in a written transfer request. Posh have turned down the request. Speaking on Twitter, McAnthony says he’s looking forward to Tomlin helping the team challenge for the League One title this season.
That's all ill say on the Tomlin matter except to say I'm looking forward to seeing him helping our squad challenge for title this season!

Tomlin was linked with Brighton last week. Here’s what Darren Ferguson had to say about the speculation, after Saturday’s win at Notts County.. (TAPE)
DARREN FERGUSON: Lee Tomlin is the Chairman’s favourite player. He ain’t going anywhere, unless someone wants to give us twelve million, and that’s up to them. But that’s the sort of quotes we’ll be asking for, the sort of prices, and you know that’s not going to happen, so Tomlin won’t be going anywhere. The Chairman loves him and I love him as a player. I think he’s maturing as a player. And there’s always going to be speculation. That’s one thing we’ve always had, and I think we’ve dealt with it (?) fine. (LIVE)
STEVE JACKSON: Meanwhile Posh midfielder Grant McCann says he’s feeling good ahead of Northern Ireland’s World Cup qualifier against Russia. McCann hasn’t played for his national side in over a year. Northern Ireland are currently fifth in Group F. And Jermaine Anderson scored for Posh Reserves as they lost 2-1 against Luton this afternoon.
