On Friday the Leader of Peterborough City Council expressed his hopes that money could be found for many major projects to improve Peterborough, including the redevelopment of the football stadium. Posh supporters say this is an urgent need, but Independent councillor Charles Swift says we must face up to the reality of the financial situation.
