    Strange how the chattering classes want others to volunteer to actually do the work whilst they expect to get paid for talking about.

    Having come across the Citizen Power Peterborough Website I’ve asked many friends from many backgrounds what their opinion of it is. Not one reply is printable. PCC is giving £125k of tax payers money each year for two years for this.
